Welcome to the podcast that talks about the NEW way to thrive in business, entrepreneurship, and life. As a new generation entrepreneur, you go against the grain, say no to society norms and say YES to change in order to create a happier and more fulfilled world.
The New Gen Entrepreneur Podcast is hosted by Brandon Lucero, founder of The Video 4x Effect Methodology, and widely viewed as the leader in creating impactful and RIO driven messaging for entrepreneurs. After 7+ years as a business owner himself, and several years of working with leaders like Carrie Green, James Wedmore, Jim Fortin, Caitlin Bacher, Rick Mulready, and Stacy Tuschl, Brandon has a ton of not only messaging but just overall LIFE experiences that all play an integral part in all of our entrepreneurial worlds.
This podcast is about the highs , the lows, the woo-woo, and the "oh my gosh I never even realized that" of entrepreneurship, so you can start shedding the beliefs and identities that are holding YOU back from success.

Brandon has been a part of numerous web-based companies over the last 8 years. He started early by building, growing and selling websites while attending UC Irvine. Some of those sites were even reaching 20,000 unique visitors in a day. With a wide portfolio ranging from humor to information sites he has bought, created, flipped, and developed numerous sites throughout his time in college. After leaving UC Irvine, he began working for a video marketing company and a local daily deal site based in Southern California. He quickly became VP of Production at the video marketing company where he held that position for 3 years before starting SoldWithVideo.com. Since founding SoldWithVideo.com he has been helping small businesses increase their local advertising through video marketing, while keeping it extremely affordable. When not at the SoldWIthVideo.com offices working on his or clients businesses, Brandon enjoys backpacking, mountain biking, cycling, camping, running, watching movies, and hiking.
